A large number of our customers have been with company since inception. DELIVERIES Orders for stock items will be delivered within 24 hours , often the same day. In emergency situations JDC I.T Solutions will always endeavour to deliver the same day. Non - stock items will be delivered within 48 hour depending on the availability from the manufacturer. ACCOUNT FACILITIES JDC I.T Solutions offers 30 day terms to approved customers. This service is offerd to facilitate smooth and effective transactions between the company and it's valued customers.

Product Offerings JDC I.T Solutions offer a full Hardware , Software and Networking Solution. Traditionally , different dealers have supplied different facets of the customers I.T needs. JDC I.T Solutions has combined all of these to benefit the client both in terms of expertise and cost . A Service Level Agreement is currently being introduced to our clients that caters for Hardware , Software and Networking Support. Though a majority of the educational institutions in the West coast / Winelands area make use of the companies services we believe that we can offer them a smoother operation of their computer labs through our knowledge gained in association with the Khanya Project. We were offered the opportunity by CEIE West Coast to roll out a few schools with Image Dumping which proofed very successful and we would like to introduce this product to our clients
